I’m back! And let’s start off with something sweet, it was kind of overcast and cloudy today. The days I love the best, and a harbinger that fall is in the air. I wanted to make something, but had no chocolate so I snagged a jar of peanut butter and made some peanut butter cookies and no bake cookies. Yum! No, I’m not sharing.

    In my family we call those no bake cookies “Missouri Cookies” and they have sparked all out wrestling matches between uncles and nephews at Thanksgiving.
